ACHIEVING YOUR OBJECTIVES

Set your goals
Only your organization can establish the amount of funds necessary to reach your objectives. The first step is always to determine the entire cost of your project whether it’s for new uniforms, a trip, performance seating or any other required goods or services. Make sure that you set your goals a little higher than you calculate in order to avoid any last minute setbacks or embarrassments. We suggest adding 10%.

Setting Your Pricing
We can safely say that we all realize that people across the nation have been acclimated over the years to paying a higher than normal price when it comes to fundraising events. Whether the fundraiser’s product is Girl Scout cookies, Boy Scout popcorn or Grade School Christmas Wrapping Paper and Cookie Dough, people want to help you reach your target while hoping to get a product they can enjoy in return. The first rule in establishing your pricing is to be honest! Only you know your individual organization and its potential for sales. Only you know the area of the state in which you want support for your fundraiser. Be Honest! Do not attempt to sell your product for more than the economy or market will bear in the timeframe you will be selling. If you do, you will fail. Price your product accordingly and your members will make up sales in quantity at a lower price. Although your profit percentage may seem lower, a higher volume at this lower percentage will make sales easier, encourage your sales force and, in the end, reach the goal that your organization has established!

Set your timeframe for Sales
You do not want too short of a sales season to limit your profit, nor do you want a timeframe that’s too long so your members lose interest. SLEIGHFRAMES are, of course, a seasonal product and would generate more interest and be an easier sale the closer to the Holidays Season. We suggest a sales season of 3-4 weeks for your fundraising event. Make sure that ample time is allotted for the manufacturing and shipping time of 5 to 8 weeks and also add time for distribution to your customers.

Where, How and When to sell
SLEIGHFRAMES  are an exciting new product and will appeal to just about everyone. Your choices for sales are just about limitless. Everyone who owns a car and celebrates the Holidays is a potential sale. Friends and relatives haven’t seen SLEIGHFRAMES before and will be refreshed to be asked to help you by finally buying a new and unique item! Ask your local auto parts store, hair salons, nail salons, bowling alleys, car washes and gyms to help you sell them to help your organization. Economy, recession and sales in 2009
We are all aware of the state of the economy by now and are formulating changes in our habits to combat the trials of this recessionary period.We believe that our products can help with your efforts and your sales in 2009.

Because SLEIGHFRAMES are a “never seen before item” and coupled with the fact that they are a low cost, high profit novelty, your organization can succeed this year in attaining its goals.

We have also designed a method of sales which we think will help you in these times. Unless your organization chooses to purchase our products at our wholesale pricing if you have capital or sponsorship funding, our sales by flyer should be the solution you have been searching for. With this method there is no upfront cash outlay and you will only order the amount of product that your members can sell in a given period of time. As soon as your fundraiser concludes, your profits are realized, your funds are available and the only thing left is distribution of the products once they are delivered.

Sports clubs plan to purchase them outright at our wholesale pricing and have their members ready to install the frame right after purchase. School organizations plan to combine them with Holiday Season Car Washes while schools are interested in running standard Fundraising events. Only your imagination limits you.
